Sameh is very knowledgeable about coffee and a fantastic instructor! I wasn’t expecting to learn as much a I did during this workshop. I can confidently steam milk now and I’ve learned the techniques to create a tulip, rosetta, and a heart. I also know how to choose which coffee blend to buy based on my personal taste. Highly recommend this workshop.
